6 Farmhouse Exterior Colour Schemes That Aren’t White

When you hear the word ‘Farmhouse’ what do you picture?

For me, it’s a large rectangular shaped home that’s beautifully simple in detailing. It features steep, front facing gables, a large wrap around porch, large windows set into bold, black frames, and of course, white siding.

And while the white Farmhouse will always be a classic in my opinion, one thing I’ve learned over the past few years is that incorporating some colour onto a Farmhouse can create a unique look and feel to your home that is just as stunning as the classic white.

So today I wanted to share my favorite Farmhouse colour palettes* (that aren’t white) incase you’ve found yourself thinking about making a few changes to your own home…
